Agreement
CameraBuddy is developed and operated by Daniil Bondarenko (“CameraBuddy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using CameraBuddy, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls.
The service
CameraBuddy connects compatible Apple devices to provide a live remote viewfinder, camera controls, photo capture, and local photo transfer. Features may depend on device hardware, iOS permissions, network conditions, and operating-system behavior.
You are responsible for obtaining permission before photographing another person or sharing a camera feed, and for using CameraBuddy in compliance with applicable laws.
Subscriptions
CameraBuddy offers auto-renewable weekly and yearly subscriptions. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and trial eligibility are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- If a free trial is offered, eligibility is determined by Apple. Any unused trial portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Except where required by law, billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse CameraBuddy, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use it to violate another person’s privacy or rights, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Ownership
CameraBuddy, including its software, interface, branding, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited right to use the app under the Apple EULA.
You retain ownership of the photos and other content you create with CameraBuddy.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the app, address security or legal requirements, or maintain compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CameraBuddy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for lost photos, missed captures, connection interruptions, device damage, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Termination
You may stop using CameraBuddy at any time. We may restrict access if you materially violate these terms, subject to applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when CameraBuddy or legal requirements change. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
